If you’re having a busy day at work, one of the best ways to take a break is to head to the office fruit delivery.
Having office fruit like grapes could help prolong performance levels and reduce tiredness.
They’re rich in natural sugars which work at stimulating the brain, meaning you’ll think quicker, so it’s a great thing to take from the office fruit basket to make sure you’re on the ball post-snack.
A new survey has revealed that Britons tend to lack the ability to take a break, even when they’re supposedly on their holidays.
Some 87 per cent of people surveyed by Energy Project UK said they checked emails while on holiday or during a day off work.
And, worst still, more than half (55 per cent) fail to take their entire leave entitlement each year.
Around one-fifth (22 per cent) of workers only manage to switch off for about 30 minutes in total every day, with 66 per cent only capable of spending two hours without email.
If you’re a proper workaholic, take a break from your desk to top up your energy levels with some office fruitgrapes.
