Learning about Fruitful Home
As you gather more information about Fruitful Home, you may virtually or physically visit a site that we own. Examples include browsing our website, emailing our customer service team, or interacting with Fruitful Home at an event. Ordering from Fruitful Home
You may also provide us with the contact information of an alternative person who you are ordering the Box to be delivered to. We will also collect a password for you to access your online customer area. Please note, your password is stored using one-way hash, which means that it cannot be recovered (or disclosed) by anyone, including Fruitful Home.
When confirming your order, you will be asked to input your debit card details (including the name on the card, card type, card number, expiry date and CV2) on a secure, third-party SagePay/Opayo payment server, where payments are securely processed. You should ensure that you read and understand their Privacy Notice. We retain limited payment card information for our records (e.g. the last four digits for validation purposes) but we do not store or retain complete credit card information.
Getting Help from Fruitful Home
From time to time, you may decide to contact our Customer Service team for assistance with either your order. To be able to offer you the best service possible, we may collect certain data from you in order to identify your account with us.

Fruitful Home Account
