Winner of the British Heart Foundation's free fruit for a year competition revealed!

The North East Scotland College has won the British Heart Foundation's Health at Work competition, and consequently will receive a Fruitful Office weekly fruit basket for the whole year!

Staff at the College are delighted and Suzanne Robinson, HR Administrator, has said:

"I am so excited to have won this competition on behalf of North East Scotland College. The fruit will help us promote our Healthy Working Lives Strategy as the Health and Wellbeing of our staff and students is important to us. We look forward to reporting back on the success of this opportunity."

We spend most of our waking lives at work. Therefore it is important that offices make healthy eating as easy as possible. Providing fresh fruit can help to promote a healthier workplace and shift eating habits - encouraging people to eat healthier when in their own homes.

But the company benefits too, so office fruit deliveries are a win-win for companies and staff: Fruitful Office's "Great Fruit Experiment" found an 11% increase in staff agreeing that their workplace "enabled them to work more productively" following the introduction of fruit to the workplace.
